DRAFT <br />1.8 Reporting and Record keeping Requirements <br />1.8.1 Weekly Facility Inspections <br />Once each day during the monitoring period (October 1 to September 30) <br />designated personnel shall inspect the site to assess the facility's level of <br />compliance with its BMPs. Using QBR=s Weekly Facility Inspection <br />Report Form (see Section 4: Form 1) site personnel shall record the <br />inspection findings to insure and certify the facility is implementing of QBR=s <br />BMPs. <br />The Weekly Facility Inspection Reports are important to QBR=s storm water <br />management efforts. These reports shall be used to demonstrate the facility's <br />level of compliance with the monitoring and BMP requirements of the <br />GENERAL PERMIT, and to evaluate the effectiveness of the QBR=s <br />implementation its SWPPP and BMPs <br />1.8.2 Comprehensive Site Compliance Evaluation (CSCE) <br />The purpose of the Comprehensive Site Compliance Evaluation (CSCE) is to <br />provide an assessment of the QBR=s compliance status with the <br />requirements of the GENERAL PERMIT, as well as the overall effectiveness <br />of the QBR=s storm water management efforts. The CSCE will be <br />conducted by the site's SWPPT and/or its designated representative at least <br />annually. <br />The CSCE will be conducted to determine if all storm water pollution <br />prevention measures are accurately identified in the QBR=s SWPPP, and that <br />the BMPs are in place and working properly. The CSCE is in addition to the <br />weekly facility inspections (see Section 1.8.1). <br />The CSCE will be performed by the facility=s SWPPT. The SWPPT may <br />accompanied by other employees who are familiar with both the site=s <br />operations as well as the goals and requirements of the site's SWPPP. <br />The process for conducting the CSCE will include: <br />X Reviewing site compliance and program documentation; <br />X Developing a list of items which are part of the material handling, <br />CATEMMMPREV2.doc Section 1-29 <br />
