DRAFT <br />following: <br />a. Planned physical alternations or additions to the facility and/or <br />site; <br />b. Change in owner information; or <br />C. Change in operator information. <br />Within 30 days of any planned facility changes, the SWPPT will amend the <br />SWPPP. The SWPPT will summarize any revisions or amendments made to <br />the SWPPP using the SWPPP Amendment Summery Report (see Section 5: <br />Appendisces). <br />Within 30 days of any planned facility changes, the site's SWPPT will submit <br />a revised and updated NOI Application and Site Map to the SWRCB. In the <br />event that the current facility owner sells or relinquishes ownership of the site, <br />the current owner will submit to the Regional Water Control Board a Notice of <br />Termination (NOT) Application. <br />X Anticipated and/or Unplanned Non -Compliance: Authorized <br />site personnel will give notification, both verbal and written, to the <br />Regional Water Quality Control Board as well as to the City of <br />Stockton=s Department of Municipal Utilities Stormwater Division of <br />any conditions, activity, and/or planned changes which potentially <br />may result in noncompliance with the requirements with the GENERAL <br />PERMIT. <br />In the event of an anticipated noncompliance event, the site's <br />designated representative will provide advance notification prior to the <br />noncompliance occurring. The written report of noncompliance will <br />address the following: <br />a. Description and cause of the reported noncompliance; <br />b. Length/time of noncompliance conditions; <br />C. Corrective measures planned and/or initiated to prevent the <br />recurrence of the noncompliance conditions; and <br />d. A schedule for obtaining and maintaining compliance. <br />Any report of noncompliance will be included in the facility's Annual <br />Report. <br />1.8.6 Record Keeping <br />CATEMMMPREV2.doc Section 1-32 <br />
