KF 11/3/95 Received phone call from Quick Brake stating that they were over billed, explained that the info I have says they generated 94 tons in 1993. The Quick Brake person said they were billed for 500-1000 tons but he also said that BOE had recalculated his tonnage down to 35 tons. I asked him to fax me the info and I will change his bill. Nora rebilled Quick Brake as a 25-50 ton generator. KF 11/7/95 Received a call from Peter of Quick Brake again about his billing he told me his 1994 tonnage was less than 25 tons, which would place him in the 5-25 ton category. I told him I would change his tonnage again if he faxed me the correct documentation and he said he would. KF 10/18/96 Called and spoke with Noe Gonzales, 467-0490, regarding HW in 95. He would call me back with total tonnage. MK 10/22/96 Called and spoke with Noe Gonzales. He would have info for me either today or tomorrow. MK 10/24/96 Called Noe, not in. MK 10/25/96 Called Mr. Gonzales regarding '95 tonnage. He wants more info on my company before he can release it. I told him I will fax him the '96 permit. Fax'96 permit to him at 467-1026. Does not connect. Called to inform Mr. Gonzales that fax did not go through. He confirmed that 467-1028 is the right number. Mr. Gonzales informed me that he had info in container measurement only. I told him that I need info in either lbs or tons. He would try to get it for me today. Fax Mr. Gonzales the '96 permit. Mr. Gonzales called me back. Per Mr. Gonzales, total HW generated in'95 was 5 containers with average weight of 11. 5 tons/container. Total tonnage = 57 tons. Change status to 2294. Mr. Gonzales also informed me that the new name is QB rebuilders. Submit form 5021. MK
