Charter Way, Stockton Date: Oct 2, 2013 <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR -Notice to Comply) <br />ROUTINE HAZARDOUS WASTE GENERATOR INSPECTION <br />This facility is under new ownership as of August 1, 2013. The new owner is BBB Industries, LLC. The <br />site previously requested a business name change to the new owner name, but has stated they will <br />continue to operate as QBR, and has requested the name be changed back. <br />Notice to Comply - Minor violations: (115, 117, 804, 808) <br />115. As part of the change of ownership, this facility hired 230 new employees. Several of these new <br />hires have not yet completed the hazardous waste training, but are working unsupervised in the facility. <br />The hazardous waste training program shall be completed by each employee within six months of hire, <br />prior to unsupervised work, and shall be reviewed annually. Training records shall be maintained on site <br />until closure of the facility. Immediately provided complete hazardous waste management training for all <br />new employees who handle hazardous waste and ensure that all employees complete this training within <br />six months of hire and at least annually thereafter. Submit a copy of the updated training records to the <br />EHD by November 2, 2013. <br />117. The training records on site were incomplete. They did not include a description of the hazardous <br />waste training to be given to each position.
