Submit a copy of the <br />updated training records to the EHD by November 2, 2013. <br />804 & 808. Used fluorescent bulbs were observed stored open and unlabeled in a yellow overpack drum <br />in the hazardous waste storage area. A generator shall label or mark universal waste with the words <br />'Universal Waste' and the type of waste (batteries, mercury containing equipment, lamps/bulbs, <br />electronic devices, CRTs, CRT glass, aerosol cans). Universal waste lamps shall be contained in a <br />closed container or package that is structurally sound, adequate to prevent breakage, and compatible <br />with the contents of the lamp.
