0 <br />6.2.2.. The container must be in good condition and meet the following <br />minimum conditions: <br />A. No dents, cracks, or holes; <br />B. No rusting; and <br />C. Must be clean and free of residues, fluids, debris, <br />signage/old labeling. <br />6.2.3.. Prior to placing a waste into the appropriate container, label the <br />container with form EF0020 Hazardous Waste Satellite <br />Accumulation. Label shall include the following information: <br />A. QBR Name, Address and Emergency Contact Phone <br />Number, and <br />B. The date that the waste is first placed into the waste <br />container <br />6.3. Prior to moving a waste drum to storage do the following: <br />6.3.1 Securely tighten the drum using the appropriate lids, caps, rings and <br />claps. <br />6.3.2 Wipe the container clean of any spilled material on the top or sides of <br />the container. <br />6.3.3 Ensure that the label is securely placed on the drum, clean and <br />readable. <br />6.4. Using forklift, store the drum on a designated pallet, using the farthest ring <br />(space available). <br />6.4.1 In addition to the satellite form (EF0020) obtain a completed EF0021 — <br />Hazardous Water Storage Form from the EH&S Manager or designee. <br />6.4.2 Place the completed EF0021 on the drum/tote. <br />7.
