The results of these data <br /> validations will be reported to the PM and the contract laboratory, noting any <br /> discrepancies and their effect upon acceptability of the data. <br /> 9.2 LABORATORY REPORTING,DATA PRESENTATION AND FINAL <br /> REPORT <br /> Reporting and deliverables should be,but not be limited to, all items listed in Table 9.1. <br /> All sample data and the corresponding QA/QC data as specified in the analytical <br /> methods, shall be maintained accessible to CRA either in hard copy or on magnetic tape <br /> or disc (computer data files). <br /> The laboratory will submit one copy of the final analytical report within four weeks of <br /> receipt of the samples from each sampling period. <br /> 9.3 DOCUMENT CONTROL SYSTEM <br /> A document control system ensures that all documents are accounted for when the <br /> project is complete. <br /> The project number assigned to this project is 14267.
