13.1.3 COMPLETENESS
Completeness is a measure of the amount of valid data obtained from a measurement
system compared with the amount that was expected to be obtained under normal
conditions.
To be considered complete, the data set must contain all QC check analyses verifying
precision and accuracy for the analytical protocol. In addition, all data are reviewed in
terms of stated goals in order to determine if the database is sufficient.
When possible, the percent completeness for each set of samples will be calculated as
follows:
Valid data obtained
Completeness= x 100 percent
Total data planned
13.2 OA MEASUREMENT OUTLIERS
Procedures discussed previously will be followed for documenting deviations. If any
result deviates significantly from method established control limits, then the effect on
the quality of the remaining data will be assessed and documented; and any needed
corrective action will be implemented.
031090-10(4) -21- CONESTOGA-ROVERS&ASSOCIATES
