The work is actually scheduled for next week, Aug. 22-23 with Gregg Drilling. These were the only days Gregg had free for the CPT rigs for the next month or so. We have three borings planned onsite, and 6 borings planned in City of Tracy ROW to the north of the site. I just finalized the offsite boring locations with the City of Tracy Inspector this week, so I have met all the requirements of the encroachment permit and have that in hand. I apologize for this very late notice, and I was hoping to drive these two drilling permit applications to you this week with checks, drillers signatures, etc., but I know you are on vacation until next week. I talked with Margaret Legorio (sp?) in your offices to see if there was anyone else available to assist with the permit applications this week, and she said that 4 out of 5 people were on vacation, so it was best to wait for you to return. I talked with Bonnie at the front desk, and she said I might be able to catch you in the office on Monday morning, if I come early, as you have field visits planned that day. 1 am planning on driving to your office early on Monday (plan to arrive 8 —8:30 am), to try to touch base with you and hand in the two complete permit applications (one for onsite, one for offsite). I am very sorry for the late notice and if there is any way you can assist with this expedited permit request, I would greatly appreciate it. I am hoping that I won't have to reschedule this drilling program for another month. I will follow up with a voicemail as well.
