NO SJCEHD permit is required for trenching/sample taking from backhoes, etc. <br /> You probably remember, but I should take this opportunity to remind you that our permits are issued to <br /> the C-57 driller(not consultants), per work plan, per parcel (onsite vs City row, or private <br /> landowner/adjacent parcel, etc). Installations are $89 per application. In addition, I checked your account <br /> balance and it's zero. That's good. I don't issue permits on outstanding accounts. <br /> For your convenience, I've attached our TWO PAGED permit. Page two is for the C-57 mostly, and now <br /> it only really provides the driller with a place to sign and authorize YOUR signature on PAGE ONE if you <br /> sign it on his behalf. The CA contractor's license and Workers Comp info is available on the internet, so <br /> NO need to have that filled out, I check it before I issue. <br /> I recommend separate checks just in case one application is ready and the City of Tracy isn't.
