5.5.1.10 If applicable, initial presentation of a site remediation strategy; and <br /> 5.5.1 .11 A Project Management Plan that defines relationships and <br /> responsibilities for major tasks and project management tasks required to complete the <br /> characterization. The plan shall identify major deliverables to be submitted to DTSC, a <br /> schedule for the completion of major tasks and the submittal of deliverables. The plan <br /> shall identify any representatives of the Respondent, contractors, subcontractors, and <br /> consultants. <br /> 5.6 Site Characterization Work Plan Implementation. Upon approval by <br /> DTSC, Respondent shall implement the approved Site Characterization Work Plan. <br /> 5.6.1 Site Characterization Work Plan Revisions. If Respondent proposes to <br /> modify any methods or initiates new activities which are not specifically described in the <br /> approved plan, Respondent shall prepare an addendum to the approved plan for DTSC <br /> review and approval prior to modifying the method or initiating new activities. <br /> 5.7 Public Participation Plan (Community Relations). Respondent shall <br /> work cooperatively with DTSC in providing an opportunity for meaningful public <br /> participation in response actions. Any such public participation activities shall be <br /> conducted in accordance with H&SC §§ 25356.1 and 25358.7 and the most current <br /> DTSC Public Participation Policy and Guidance Manual, and shall be subject to DTSC <br /> review and approval. <br /> 5.7.1 Respondent, in coordination with DTSC, shall conduct a baseline <br /> community survey and develop a Public Participation Plan (PPP) which describes how, <br /> under this Order, the public and adjoining community will be kept informed of activities <br /> conducted at the Site and how Respondent, in consultation with DTSC will be <br /> responding to inquiries from concerned citizens. Major steps in developing a PPP are.. <br /> Develop proposed list of interviewees; Scheduling and conduct community interviews; <br /> and Analyze interview notes, and develop objectives. <br /> Page 13 of 25 <br />
