The work will be done
on an impervious fabric reinforced vinyl floor. Because there
are no volatile residues in the containers (virtually no
detectable residues at all) , we had planned to containerize
the rinsates, evaporate the excess water and take the residue
to a dump approved by your office. We prefer to deliver the
rinsate essence (a total bulk of , at most, six ounces con-
sisting of a mixture of minute quantities of hydraulic oil,
turbine oil, motor oil, having been solubilized by NaOH and
reduced by evaporation of the pure water part) to the Harney Lane
Dump near Peters but we will not do so until we get approval
of this item from your office.
We understand and agree ''that the marketable materials are to be sold for
use for their originally intended generi purpose. Up to this point we have
sold the items strictly according to th prescription.
Thank you for your consideration.
R sp
Larry Gordon
LWG:bR
cc: Mr. Stephen Taylor
r.
