N.E. of the <br /> barn. <br /> 4510-075 Liquid "Dow Kuron" label indicated it <br /> contained Propylene Glycol Butyl <br /> Ether Esters of Silvex. <br /> Photographs were taken. <br /> VI . DISCUSSION WITH MANAGEMENT <br /> Mr. Gordon was given a Hazardous Materials Management Report which indicated <br /> that he was storing , treating and/or disposing of hazardous waste with- <br /> out a permit. Mr. Gordon was instructed not to remove, dispose, or <br /> otherwise handle any hazardous wastes on the property. Mr. Gordon was <br /> informed that the Department considers all material which he identified <br /> as being government surplus, to be hazardous unless testing shows <br /> otherwise. <br /> Debra A.
