During the course of this <br /> inspection the inventory (list of chemicals ) was reviewed. Some of these <br /> chemicals as stated by you will be used in your maintenance shop, others <br /> in the manufacturing of soap, and the remaining chemicals will be sold to <br /> an appropriate user. <br /> Based on your statements and inspection findings the Department has <br /> determined that these listed chemicals do not pose a hazard to the <br /> environment or human health, if they are properly managed and used as <br /> stated in your submittal. Therefore, by copy of this letter, we are <br /> informing the San Joaquin County District Attorney's office that the <br /> Department is satisfied with your efforts and no further action is <br /> anticipated.
