The Order <br /> includes dates by which tasks must be completed to insure a timely response, and provides <br /> an opportunity for the property owner to undertake the necessary remedial actions. The <br /> first task required by this Order is for the respondent to submit a letter of intent <br /> within five (5) days of the effective date of this Order, which was mailed by DTSC today. <br /> As defined in the Order the effective Date of the Order is (5) days after the date of <br /> mailing. <br /> DTSC also maintains a required database of sites subject to remediation under our <br /> oversight. This database provides a mechanism for public and governmental entities to <br /> access final documents and reports regarding sites.
