We have reviewed the Order with our client, Mr. James Gordon, <br /> Trustee of the Lawrence W. Gordon and Bernice K. Gordon Revocable Trust <br /> ("Trust"), which is the owner of the Property, and respectfully submit this Letter of <br /> Intent on his behalf. <br /> The purpose of this Letter of Intent("LOI") is to provide the Department of Toxic <br /> Substances Control ("DTSC") with notice that the Trust is in receipt of, and intends <br /> to comply fully with the Order. <br /> Work Already Conducted <br /> In the Order, DTSC has identified several "time critical"removal actions to be <br /> completed on the Property, which are specifically set forth in sections 5.4.1, 5.4.2, <br /> and 5.4.3 of the Order.
