• naptha—a flammable solvent used for cleaning and in lighter fluid and other <br /> fuels; <br /> • butyl acetate—a solvent used in making lacquers and enamels, simulated leather, <br /> photographic film, used as a fuel additive, and as an artificial flavoring; <br /> • compressed gas cylinders—containing gasses such as oxygen, helium, and other <br /> gasses. These can be flammable and, if opened, could release gasses that may <br /> harmful if inhaled; <br /> • used industrial batteries---can contain toxic metals such as lead, nickel and <br /> cadmium. <br /> The Property is fenced and secured by locked gates. There is no immediate threat to <br /> anyone living or working near the site.
