The monitoring well abandonment work plan outlined the procedures for abandoning <br /> two monitoring wells(MW-13 and MW-15) at the facility. Our 11 August 2000 letter contained several <br /> comments on the work plan and the conditions of approval,which you needed to address prior to <br /> initiating work. <br /> Your responses adequately address our comments and conditions of approval. Therefore, the work plan <br /> is hereby approved. I may wish to be present during abandonment procedures, so please notify me at <br /> least 72 hours prior to initiating well abandonment activities.
