MONITORING AND REPORTIOROGRAM NO.R5-2003-0808 • -2- <br /> LEPRINO FOODS COMPANY <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> Analytical Maximum Sampling <br /> Constituent Method Detection Limit' Frequency <br /> Depth to water ---- ---- Quarterly <br /> Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons as diesel 8015M 50 µg/1 Quarterly <br /> T For nondetectable results. <br /> RECOVERY SYSTEM MONITORING <br /> Six recovery wells are present at the site. Three wells (EW-2, RW-4A and RW-5A) are <br /> recovering product at this time. The Discharger shall maintain recovery system data sheets, <br /> which shall include the information listed below. <br /> • Date and time of measurement; <br /> • Rate of the product/groundwater extraction [gallons per minute (gpm)], <br /> • Appearance and/or odor of extracted water; <br /> • Cumulative groundwater/product extracted(if measurable); <br /> • Amount of product recovered(if measurable); <br /> • Condition of equipment; <br /> • System operational status, on-line or off-line(if off-line,provide explanation and <br /> schedule for restarting system). <br /> Recovery system data sheets shall be included in semi-annual and annual groundwater <br /> monitoring reports. <br /> REPORTING <br /> When reporting data, the Discharger shall arrange the information in tabular form so that the <br /> date, the constituents, and the concentrations are readily discernible. The data shall be <br /> summarized in such a manner as to illustrate clearly the compliance with this Order. In addition, <br /> the Discharger shall notify the Board within 48 hours of any unscheduled shutdown of any soil <br /> vapor and/or groundwater extraction system. <br /> As required by the California Business and Professions Code Sections 6735, 7835, and 7835.1, <br /> all reports shall be prepared by a registered professional or their subordinate and signed by the <br /> registered professional. <br /> Semi-annual reports shall be submitted to the Board by the 1st day of the second month <br /> following the end of each calendar quarter (i.e., by 1 May and 1 November) until such time <br />
