Lodi Ave, Lodi (APN 037-310-45) on the northwest corner of
Hutchins Street and Lodi Ave. The Corrective Action Plan is a proposal for mitigation
(soil vapor extraction 1 groundwater air-sparging) of hazardous substances
(petroleum) which have contaminated the site due to a unauthorized release associated
with the USTs which were previously located on the property.
San Joaquin County PHS-EHD, Local UST Oversight Program, has made a tentative
determination that the plan is in compliance with Local, State and Federal laws and
regulations and that the resultant work will not create significant adverse environmental
impacts which exceed the benefits to be gained from cleanup of the contamination.
The corrective action plan is available for public review at PHS-EHD, 304 E. Weber
Street, Third Floor, Stockton, CA., during normal working hours, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. If a
written request by any member of the public for a public hearing is not received by
PHS-EHD by 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 8, 1999, the tentative decision shall
become final on that date and time.
All requests for public hearings must be filed in writing to PHS-EHD at 304 E.
