1 <br /> ' north into the Sacramento and San Joaquin Delta and discharges into San Francisco Bay <br /> (DWR, 2003). <br /> ' 1.5 Current Activities <br /> Quarterly groundwater monitoring at the Site is conducted on 10 Colombo/Toscana wells. <br /> Seven of the Colombo/Toscana wells are located in the "Shallow" and "A"Zones. Two wells <br /> are screened in the intermediate `B" Zone and one well is screened in the "C" Zone. When <br /> quarterly monitoring events coincide with the semi-annual events conducted at Texaco, three <br /> of their wells located on the Site are also sampled. Two of these wells, TX-MW-8-50 and <br /> TX-MW-14-49, are screened in what has been designated the "A" Zone. One of the Texaco <br /> wells, TX-MW-21-80, is screened in what the `B"Zone. <br /> A commingled plume account application for the Site, the former Texaco site, former ARCO <br /> site and the Chevron sites was submitted to the California State Water Resources Board UST <br /> Fund on November 20, 2009. The RPs have agreed to work on a site conceptual model <br /> ' (SCM) for the commingled plume while the application is under review.
