R <br /> 31. Set forth in Exhibit J are the duplicate Proofs of Claim that the Debtors <br /> have identified. Exhibit J identifies the Duplicate Claims to be Expunged. The Debtors (i) <br /> object to the Duplicate Claims to be Expunged and (ii) seek entry of an order disallowing and <br /> expunging the Duplicate Claims to be Expunged in their entirety. <br /> SEPARATE CONTESTED MATTERS <br /> To the extent that a response is filed with respect to the Proofs of Claim listed in <br /> this Thirty-Fifth Omnibus Objection and the Debtors are unable to resolve the response prior to <br /> the hearing on this objection, the Proofs of Claim and the objection to the Proofs of Claim <br /> asserted in this Thirty-Fifth Omnibus Objection shall constitute a separate contested matter as' <br /> contemplated by Rule 9014 of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure. Any order entered by <br /> the Court with respect to an objection asserted in this Thirty-Fifth Omnibus Objection shall be <br /> deemed a separate order with respect to the Proofs of Claim. <br /> RESERVATION OF RIGHTS': <br /> The Debtors expressly reserve the right to amend, modify or supplement this <br /> Thirty-Fifth Omnibus Objection and to file additional objections to the Proofs of Claim or any <br /> other Claims (filed or not) which may be asserted against the Debtors. Should one or more of <br /> the grounds of objection stated in this Thirty-Fifth Omnibus Objection be dismissed, the Debtors <br /> reserve their rights to object on other stated grounds or on any other grounds that the Debtors <br /> discover during the pendency of these cases.
