(Stratus) is <br /> requesting a 30-day extension of the October 8, 2002 deadline for completion of a Site <br /> Conceptual Model (SCM) for the former Dolly Madison facility located at 1426 South <br /> Lincoln Street, Stockton, California. <br /> Stratus completed a records review at the San Joaquin County Public Health Services <br /> (SJCPHS) office on September 24, 2002 in order to locate geological and analytical data <br /> collected during environmental assessment activities on properties near the former Dolly <br /> Madison Facility. Although much information was gathered, some data necessary to <br /> complete the SCM was not located in the search. A list of data needed to complete the <br /> SCM was sent to SJCPHS on October 1, 2002 via electronic mail. <br /> Stratus is' requesting that the deadline for submission of the SCM be extended to <br /> November 7, 2002.
