Lincoln St., Stockton,,,, <br /> "Within 60 days of Regional Board staff's approval of the FRP but no later than 1 February <br /> 2009, begin implementation of the approved remedial actions." <br /> Monthly status reports are required by CAO Order #14 for the first three months of operations of <br /> the SVE/AS system. The CAO states that monthly status reports requirements shall include: <br /> • "site maps indicating the capture zone and waste plumes; average extraction rates of all <br /> treatment systems; <br /> • influent and effluent concentrations of TPHg, benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, xylenes, <br /> MTBE and other fuel oxygenates, 1,2-dichloroethane, ethylene dibromide, and organic <br /> lead; <br /> • mass of hydrocarbons treated during the reporting period and cumulative to date; <br /> • estimated mass of wastes remaining and predicted time frame for meeting cleanup <br /> objectives; <br /> • running and down time for the remediation system(s); <br /> • summary of consultant visits to the site; and <br /> • evaluation of the overall remediation program and recommendations to correct <br /> deficiencies or increase efficiency." <br /> The FRP is approved. Monthly status reports for the SVE/AS system operations are due on the <br /> 30th day of the following month (e.g, the February 2009 report is due 30 March 2009). Please <br /> review CAO Order #19, which provides additional requirements if the SVE/AS system is down <br /> more than 48 hours; acquire all necessary permits to construct the SVE/AS treatment system; <br /> and give the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department and myself at least three <br /> working days notice prior to commencing fieldwork. <br /> If you have any questions, you may contact me at (916) 464-4615, or I can be reached by email <br /> at 'barton@waterboards.ca.gov. <br /> JAMES L.
