§23-2620 WATER RESOURCES CONTROL OARD TITLE 26 TITLE 26 WATER RESOURCES CONTROL BOARD §23-2621 <br /> (p. 1804) (Register 86,No.34-8-23.86) (Register 86,No.348-2356) (p• 18m) <br /> (A) The ordinance,as it may be amended,continues to meet,at a minimum, "Double-walled tank" means a container with two complete shells which <br /> the requirements of Chapter 6.7 of Division 20 of the Health and Safety Code; provide bothprimary and secondary containment.The outer shell must pro- <br /> and vide structural support and must be constructed primarily of non-earthen <br /> (B) The county or city issues permits for underground storage tanks pursu- materials including,but not limited to,concrete, steel,and plastic. <br /> ant to the ordinance.
