Scope <br /> This plan id de igned to provide employees with training on hazardous materials and hazardous <br /> waste that will atisfy the requirements California Code of Regulations Section 66265.16 and the <br /> California Heal h and Safety Code Chapter 6.95 and Chapter 6.5. <br /> Facility Name: Knife River Construction—Stockton Shop <br /> Address: 655 est Clay Street, Stockton, Ca 95206 <br /> Main Activity: eavy duty equipment repair and construction yard. <br /> Areas Where H zardous Materials/Wastes Stored: Shop (inside and outside) Warehouse, Fuel <br /> Island. <br /> 2. Responsibilities <br /> The following persons are responsible for ensuring the Training Plan is implemented: <br /> A. Roger Kelly—Shop Foreman <br /> B. Tina Mayhe —Safety Administrator <br /> C. Steve Azevedo—Environmental Manager <br /> 3. Employees/New Employees Training and Refresher Training <br /> New employeesiare to be trained within six month of their hire date. Existing employees <br /> receive refresher training throughout the year. Each topic will be covered at least annually as it <br /> pertains to the respective employee's job duties. <br /> 4. New Assignments or Change In Operations <br /> In the event of new assignments or changes in operation, affected employees are trained before <br /> a new assignment or change in operation takes place. <br /> 5. Training Topics <br /> The following training topics are covers at least annually and are given as it pertains to the <br /> employee's job duties: <br /> General Safety Precautions: <br /> A. Material Safety Data Sheets <br />
