(continued) <br /> Immediately prepare and im�plement a complete hazardous waste management training program for this <br /> facility in accordance with Title 22 regulations and ensure that all employees complete this training at <br /> least annually. Submit a copy of the updated training records to the EHD by August 8, 2011. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification to the EHD by August 8, 2011 <br /> along with a statement docu enting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each <br /> violation and any supporting paperwork. <br /> "Facility generated 7.94 tos of hazardous waste in 2010 and is being placed in a higher permit <br /> category (5-25 tons/year). his may result in increased permit fees. Facility was a large quantity <br /> generator in 2008 and 2009,1 and is already a large quantity generator for 2011. <br /> Note: (corrected on site) <br /> Used fluorescent bulbs were,observed stored in an open, unlabeled container. Universal waste lamps <br /> shall be contained in a closed container or package that is structurally sound, adequate to prevent <br /> breakage, and compatible with the contents of the lamp. A generator shall label or mark universal waste <br /> with the words 'Universal Waste' and the type of waste (batteries, mercury containing equipment, bulbs/ <br /> lamps, electronic devices, CRTs, aerosol cans).
