' Diamond Lumber-Lodi Quarterly Groundwater Monitoring Page 5
Identification ("SRK-MWI-LODI"). The top of the chain-of-custody form clearly states the name and
address of ACZ Laboratories in Steamboat Springs, Colorado.
Table 2 includes all of the available groundwater data for the monitoring wells installed by SRK in
1991.
' TABLE 2: Analytical Groundwater Data
atdyetiw€et25,19'91.,,.. Benzene was only detected in SRK-MW2 at 0.3 ppb, while ethylbenzene (0.7
ppb) and xylenes ( 0.4 ppb) were detected in SRK-MW3. Volatile hydrocarbons were not detected
any of the three monitoring wells. Lead was detected in each well ranging from 3 ppb in SRK-MWI,
69 ppb in SRK-MW2, and 122 ppb in SRK-MW3.
6.0 REGULATORY SITE VISITS
't Ms. Margaret Lagorio, Senior REHS with the San Joaquin County PHS/EHD was on-site during the
sampling of the three monitoring wells and during soil spreading activities. No verbal or written
comments were made by the PHS/EHD during or immediately after the site inspection.
7.0 SOIL SPREADING
On behalf of the 650 Management Corporation, SRK requested and was granted permission from the
PHS/EHD to dispose of non-contaminated soil generated during SRK's soil boring/monitoring well
t installation (November 1991). A copy of the written authorization from the PHS/EHD is provided in
Appendix F. A total of 7 drums of soil were spread on-site over a non-asphalt area presumed to be
the former location of the UST removed in 1985 (see Figure 1).
