' Diamond Lumber.Lodi Quarterly Groundwater Monitoring Page 8
The constituents of BTEX and volatile hydrocarbons were not detected in either monitoring well,
. however, lead concentrations included 12 ppb in SRK-MW1 and 170 ppb in SRK-MW3.
tIn comparison, the constituents of BTEX or volatile hydrocarbons were not detected in monitoring
wells SRK-MW1, SRK-MW2 or SRK-MW3, during the April 1992 sampling; event. Lead
' concentrations was detected in SRK-MW1 at 33 ppb, in SRK-MW2 at 260 ppb, and in SRK-MW3
at 93 ppb.
There are currently 13 55-gallon drums containing cuttings generated from monitoring well
installation and groundwater purged from each of the three monitoring wells during quarterly
' sampling events. We currently understand from PHSIEHD (M. Lagorio) that the contents of these
barrels may be distributed evenly on-site. This will be completed during the next sampling event
following written authorization from PHSIEHD).
Static water level information obtained from the three on-site monitoring wells indicates that the
groundwater gradient at the facility is relatively flat. SRK has requested static groundwater elevations
rof wells located near the site from the City of Lodi Public Works Department. This information will
be provided as an addendum to the report when it is received by SRK
.f2Saa,]a 1l-4fi IY•forl
Slef[en Robertson and Kirsien
