Petroleum Service Station No. 65 is situated on the <br /> southwest corner of the intersection of West Lodi Avenue and <br /> Lower Sacramento Road in Lodi, California. The site location is <br /> depicted on the Site Vicinity Map (Plate P-1) . It is our <br /> understanding, from information supplied by U.S.A. Petroleum <br /> Corporation that three 12 , 000-gallon underground gasoline storage <br /> tanks are presently in use at the station. These tanks store <br /> regular, unleaded and premium unleaded gasoline. The locations <br /> and configurations of the tanks, pump islands, and piping are <br /> shown on the Generalized Site Plan (Plate P-2) . <br /> i <br /> Pacific Environmental Group (PEG) of Santa Clara, California, <br /> conducted a preliminary environmental investigation in March <br /> 1987 . This investigation included drilling four boreholes, <br /> installing two ground-water monitoring wells, and sampling soil <br /> and ground water for laboratory analyses.
