Proposed Work Pian November 4, 1988 <br /> U.S.A. Petroleum Station No. 65, Lodi, California AGS 87050--3 <br /> FURTHER DELINEATION DRILLING <br /> If analyses of samples show that contamination has extended <br /> offsite or beyond the limits defined by the monitoring wells, <br /> additional wells will be proposed and installed with the <br /> authorization of the appropriate regulatory agencies and U.S.A. <br /> Petroleum. These wells will be located to evaluate the extent of <br /> contamination and will be constructed in the same manner as the <br /> wells described above. <br /> REPORT PREPARATION <br /> A Problem Assessment Report summarizing the soil stratigraphy, <br /> field and laboratory procedures, well construction details, <br /> laboratory results, contaminant distribution, and recommendations <br /> for further work, if needed, will be supplied to U.S.A. <br /> Petroleum. Additional work at this site may include drilling <br /> monitoring or recovery wells or mitigation of soil and ground- <br /> water contamination. All information gathered during the study <br /> will be considered confidential and released only upon <br /> authorization of U.S.A. Petroleum. The Problem Assessment Report <br /> will. conform to guidelines delineated in the CRWQCB Region 5 <br /> 1.3 <br /> App/ied GeoSystems <br />
