May 29, 1987 AGS 87050-1 <br /> USA Station #65, Lodi, California <br /> The following project work elements are proposed. <br /> 1) Excavate three--soil borings to 60 feet at the locations <br /> shown on the Generalized Site Plan (Plate P-2) . The <br /> borings will be used for the installation of monitoring <br /> wells. <br /> 2) Collect and classify relatively undisturbed soil samples <br /> taken. at 5-foot intervals in the soil borings. <br /> 3 ) Describe subsurface conditions at the site as revealed <br /> in the borings. <br /> 4) Survey static ground water elevations in the proposed <br /> and pre-existing wells. <br /> 5) Develop the proposed wells, and purge the pre-existing <br /> wells. <br /> 6) Collect water samples using chain of -custody protocol. <br /> 7 ) Analyze selected soil and water samples for gasoline <br /> product constituents in a California state-certified <br /> laboratory. - <br /> 8 ) Interpret field and laboratory data to evaluate the <br /> dilrection of ground water flow, , extent of contamination, <br /> and mitigation needed. <br /> 9) Prepare a final report -summarizing our findings, <br /> conclusions, and recommendations. <br /> The following sections address these work. elements. <br /> 5 <br /> _ .4,o�o/ied GeoSystems - <br />
