The VES portion of the
report will contain a summary of vapor extraction activities which will included the following
data:
• The source of the vapor influent(specific wells open to vapor extraction);
• The total number of days of active vapor extraction during the reporting
period;
L)
• The dates and results of periodic influent vapor sampling and laboratory
L analyses;
• Hydrocarbon recovery and destruction rate in pounds and/or gallons per
U day,
r
• Cumulative volume of hydrocarbons destroyed in pounds;
•
Graphical presentation of the change over time of total petroleum
*; hydrocarbon and benzene concentrations in the influent vapor;
Average vapor flow rates in cubic feet per minute (CFM) through the
vapor treatment unit; and
• Periodic influent LEL and effluent stack emission measurements, and
operating parameters for the vapor treatment unit.
Ell
A discussion of operational changes or modifications to the VES will also be included in the
report, as appropriate.
12
