According to
Sharla, the finance department had questions about PO request, but did not ask anyone. The PO
request simply sat in a box. Sharla has the request being processed again.
According to Sharla, the financial department has experienced recent drop in manpower
resources as buy-outs were offered and then taken by several employees with no replacements.
So they are short-handed. Sharla states that the process may take 2 weeks, she is unsure.
Also, Sharla informs us that a COS encroachment permit will be required as non-COS employees
are doing the work,
I will contact you by 12 March with an update.
Best regards,
Art
Arthur Deicke
Operations Manager/Project Scientist
Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc.
Stockton • Santa Rosa • Monterey • Brea
2/26/2009
