False Information by the Applicant <br /> a. Upon being informed, or finding,that the information supplied by the applicant,any <br /> person acting on behalf of an applicant, or any team member identified in the <br /> application,is false and no longer true,and the applicant has not notified CPCFA or <br /> the Strategic Partner,the Authority may involce the Default provisions or take such <br /> other action as it deems appropriate. <br /> IX. Administration/Decision Malting <br /> a. Program administered by local Strategic Partners. CPCFA and/or at least one <br /> Strategic Partner will provide statewide service. <br /> b. Strategic Partners will be chosen based on the following criteria: <br /> i. Demonstrated ability to provide Technical Assistance to a Development <br /> Entity; <br /> ii. Demonstrated understanding of the economic and real estate development <br /> processes; <br /> iii. Demonstrated understanding of environmental assessment and remediation <br /> requirements; <br /> iv. Demonstrated understanding of brownfield regulatory and reporting <br /> requirements;and <br /> v. Demonsttatedpatmership experience. <br /> c. The Authority may adopt measures to direct funding awards to rural or other <br /> geographic areas to achieve a reasonable geographic distribution of funding. <br /> d. Strategic Partner will provide a pipeline on a quarterly basis for funding allocation <br /> approval by the Board(at a minimum). <br /> e.
