<br /> Second Quarter 2008 dated August 27, 2008, submitted 'y AAdvatrcecl GeoEnvironrnental, Inc. (AGE)
<br /> on:your behalf, Since monitoring well MW-6 was redeveloped in January 2008, the pH reported for
<br /> groundwater samples collected from MW-6 seems to have stabilized at approximately 7.8, down
<br /> significantly from the ,high pH of 11.54 recorded in Moy 2007, Therefore., the EH,D no longer
<br /> believes MW-6 needs to be destroyed and a new well Installed.
<br /> The Central. Valley Regional Water Quality Control Bo rd (CVRWQCB) is requiring evaluation of
<br /> Environmental Screening; Levels (ESIs), California 1-I 'inan Health Screening Levels (C.HHSLs),
<br /> (Sail Francisco Bay Regional Water Quality Control.Board) and the potential for vapor intrusion into
<br /> buildings for closure consideration of:sites having residual contamination left in place. Therefore,
<br /> you are directed, to evaluate the potential for vapor i .trusion inside the buildings located onsite.
<br /> Please submit either a work plan to EHD by Decembei 11, 2008, to assess the potential for vapor
<br /> intrusion into the existing onsite buildings, ora rational, with technical support, for discounting vapor
<br /> intrusion into the buildings as a potential Hazard for this site.
