RECOMMENDATIONS
Based on the results of this and previous investigations, AGE recommends continued quarterly
' monitoring of the groundwater monitoring network The next monitoring event should be scheduled
for February 2002 In addition,AGE recornmeds performing the work proposed in Monitoring Well
Installation Work Plan Addendum, dated 10 September 2001,prepared by AGE The scope of work
' includes advancement of three soil probe borings and mstallation of two monitoring wells
' 7.4 LIMITATIONS
' Our professional services were performed using that degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised by
environmental consultants practicing in this or similar localities The findings were based mainly
upon analytical results provided by an independent laboratory Evaluations of the hydrogeologic
' conditions at the site have been made from a limited number of available data points (i a monitoring
wells, ground water samples) and subsurface conditions may vary away from these data points No
other warranty, expressed or implied, is made as to the professional recommendations contained in
' this report
1
•
' Advanced GeeEnvironmental,Inc
1
