i <br /> Chevron Products Company 3 <br /> Chevron Station#9-6258,2409 East Main Street at F Street,Stockton,California May 13,2002 <br /> • Monitoring Well Development and Sampling. After installation, <br /> the monitoring well will be developed by surging the well over.the <br /> length of the screen interval then purging approximately 10 casing <br /> volumes of water. After well development, groundwater samples <br /> will be collected from the well and sent under standard chain-of- <br /> custody procedures to a California State-certified laboratory. The <br /> groundwater samples will be analyzed for TPHg by EPA Method <br /> 8015, and BTEX, and fuel oxygenates (MtBE,EtBE, TBA, TAME, <br /> DIPE, methanol, and ethanol) using EPA Method 8260B. <br /> • Monitoring Well Surveying. A California State Licensed Surveyor <br /> will survey the newly installed wells. The well casings will be surveyed <br /> to the nearest 0.01 feet in elevation to a known benchmark and located <br /> with respect to both the California State Plane Coordinates and latitude <br /> and longitude. <br /> • Report. A summary report will be prepared after completion of <br /> fieldwork and receipt of laboratory analytical reports. The report <br /> will include results of the sensitive receptor survey, boring logs, <br /> groundwater analytical results, chain-of-custody record, well <br /> construction details, a site map showing proposed soil boring <br /> location, and conclusions and recommendations. <br /> SCHEDULE <br /> SECOR is prepared to initiate fieldwork within 4 weeks following approval of this work <br /> plan and issuance of permits from the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department.
