Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 16 Section 2652. <br /> This quarterly report summarizes activities for the first quarter of 2010, and outlines the next <br /> proposed sampling and analysis event. <br /> 1St Quarter 2009 Activities <br /> No sampling and analysis of groundwater monitoring wells took place during the first quarter of <br /> 2010, per correspondence prepared by San Joaquim County Environmental Health Department <br /> dated June 5, 2009, which approved semi-annual monitoring during the second and fourth <br /> quarters, and annual monitoring during the fourth quarter. <br /> In a letter dated December 21, 2009, GTI requested an,extension of the date for completing three <br /> dual phase extraction pilot tests that were conditionally approved by SJC EHD in their <br /> correspondence dated March 23, 2009. GTI requested an extension such that the pilot tests <br /> would be completed by March 31, 2010, and the report of findings would be submitted by May <br /> 30, 2010. SJC EHD approved the extension request in their correspondence dated December 21, <br /> 2009. <br /> On January 19th through 21St, 2010, three extraction wells were installed at the site in accordance <br /> with the WP. Pilot test equipment was mobilized at the site, including the soil vapor extraction <br /> unit with thermal oxidizer, a diesel generator, propane, water tank and temporary fencing.
