Marci Property(Loomis)
Project No.770.2
April 1,2010
is currently in the process of implementing start up procedures, to be followed by San Joaquin
Valley Air District inspections as soon as possible.
Proposed 2na Quarter 2010 Activities
It is anticipated that the pilot test equipment will be inspected by the San Joaquin Valley Air
District in the first two weeks of April, and the pilot test is anticipated to be conducted
immediately thereafter.
I
It is anticipated that annual and semi-annual groundwater monitoring and sampling of
groundwater monitoring wells will take place during the 2°d quarter of 2010.
It is also anticipated that the Report of Findings will be prepared, summarizing the
implementation and results of the Dual Phase Extraction-Pilot Test that was conducted during the
first portion of the second quarter of 2010.
Limitations
This report was prepared in accordance with the generally accepted standard of care and practice
in effect at the time Services were rendered. It should be recognized that definition and
evaluation of environmental conditions is an inexact science and that the state or practice of
environmental geology/hydrology is changing and evolving and that standards existing at the
present time may change as knowledge increases and the state of the practice continues to
improve. Further, that differing subsurface soil characteristics can be experienced within a small
distance and therefore cannot be known in an absolute sense. All conclusions and
recommendations are based on the available data and information.
The tasks proposed and completed during this project were reviewed and approved by the local
regulatory agency for compliance with the law. No warranty, expressed or implied, is made.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call me at(209) 522-4119.
Respectfully submitted,
Gam'
Tamorah Bryant,P.E.
cc: Victoria McCartney- SJC PHS/EHD
James L Barton- CRWQCB-CVR
USTCFP
Mr. John Marci,Jr.
I
Geological Techitics Inc. 2 of 2
770 1 st qtr 101tr format.docx
1
