In correspondence dated March 23, 2009, SJC EHD approved the work plan and directed <br /> that pilot tests be completed by June 12, 2009, and a report of findings be submitted to EHD within sixty <br /> days of completing the tests. In correspondence dated October 1, 2009, GTI respectfully requested an <br /> extension of thepilot test implementation and subsequent::report of findings to January 31, 2010 and <br /> March 31, 2010_respectively.4SJC.EHD approved the extension request in correspondence dated October <br /> 9, 2009:''' <br /> We have been in the planning and permitting process to install the equipment needed to conduct the pilot <br /> tests, and are currently coordinating.with the San Joaquin Valley Air.District,for an Authority to Construct <br /> j Permit. <br /> On behalf of Mrs.Margaret Marci, we respectfully request that the due date for the completion of the pilot <br /> tests be extended to March 31, 2010, and the due date for the report of findings to be extended to May 30, <br /> 2010.
