Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 16 Section 2652. <br /> This quarterly report summarizes activities for the third quarter of 2009, and outlines the next <br /> proposed sampling and analysis event. <br /> 3rd Quarter 2009 Activities <br /> No sampling and analysis of groundwater monitoring wells took place during the third quarter of <br /> 2009, per correspondence prepared by San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> dated June 5, 2009, which approved semi-annual monitoring during the second and fourth <br /> quarters, and annual monitoring during the fourth quarter. <br /> In a letter dated October 1, 2009, GTI requested':an extension of the date for completing three <br /> dual phase extraction pilot tests that were conditionally`approved by SJC EHD in their <br /> correspondence dated March 23, 2009. GTI requested an extension such that the pilot tests <br /> would be completed by January 31, 2010, and the report of findings would be submitted by <br /> March 31, 2010. SJC EHD approved the extension request-in their correspondence dated <br /> October 9, 2009. <br /> i <br /> Proposed 4th Quarter 2009 Activities <br /> It is anticipated that annual and semi-annual groundwater monitoring and sampling of <br /> groundwater monitoring wells will take place during the 4th quarter of 2009. <br /> 770 3rd qmr 0910.doc 1 of 2 <br /> I <br />
