Louise Avenue, Manteca, California <br /> On March 25, 2003 the three groundwater monitoring wells at the above referenced site <br /> were destroyed according to Sari Joaquin County Environmental Health permit <br /> �guicieiiiies-`We used thelicens�drilliiig company (C57=-1249�� &W=lsiling"` ;7rc. to" W T <br /> I" pressure grout the wells MW-I,MW-2 and MW-3: <br /> A pipe was inserted in each of the 2-inch diameter by 30-foot deep wells in order <br /> to displace the water. Neat cement was pumped into the well casing until it <br /> I` overflowed at the top. <br /> The top of each well was then caped and pressurized with air forcing the mixture <br /> i` into the sanilpack-that'surrounds the well casing perforations. Additional cement <br /> was.addd&until-the well casings were full. Approximately 30 gallons of cement <br /> mixture, or 4 cubic feet, was used for each monitoring well. <br /> The traffic boxes were removed and the well casing left below grade and covered <br /> with soil. <br /> M.J.
