Your review comments were in regard toy the Tank Pull <br /> Report dated April 6, 1989, prepared by Delta Environmental Consultants, Inc. (Delta), for the <br /> above-referenced site (Figure 1). Your comments-and our responses are listed below. ; <br /> Item 1. l <br /> Comment: Stockpiled soils were transported off site. Provide verification that the <br /> t <br /> contaminated soil was transported to Forward Landfill in Lodi, <br /> California, on February 19, 1989, and that the stockpiled soil from the i <br /> new tank installation excavation_was transported to a private property ! �I � <br /> located at 6106 East Eight Mile Road, Stockton, California, during the 13 i <br /> week of December 19,-1988.- <br /> Response: Approximately 126 cubic yards of Petroleum-impacted soils were #� <br /> disposed at the Forward Landfill on February 17, 1989. Tags from II . <br /> Forward Landfill are enclosed to verify the final disposal of these soils. i <br /> Approximately 572 cubic yards of clean soils generated from the new3 .,I <br /> tank basin excavation were disposed on private property located at 6101 ' <br /> East Eight Mile Road, Stockton, California. Two soil samples were <br /> collected from the bottom of the new tank basin and submitted for � aJ! <br /> chemical analysis of benzene,toluene,ethylbenzene,and xylenes(BTEX) <br />` and total petroleum hydrocarbons (TPH)as gasoline.
