The site is located in a commercial section of Stockton and <br /> ' encompassesan area of approximately 0.37 acre (Figure 2 The property is bordered on the south b <br /> PP Y. �gu )• P Pent � Y <br /> i Hammer Lane,on the west by Lower Sacramento Road,and on the north and northeast by a shopping <br /> I1 center. <br /> -----2:2 Site n1story-----.—_—... <br /> Records from the San Joaquin County Assessor's office indicate that the Parcel No.is 077-33049,and that <br /> t the land is owned by Y.C Soda.
