(AGE) has prepared this <br /> Limited Site Assessment report for the property located at 18043 South Manthey Road, Lathrop, <br /> California.The scope of work included soil and,groundwater sample collection,sample analysis and <br /> preparation of this report. Background information was included in the AGE-prepared Limited Site <br /> Assessment Work Plan (Septic Tank Area), dated 01 August 2003 and approved by San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department(SJCEHD) on 12 August 2003. <br /> FIELD PROCEDURES <br /> The investigation was conducted in accordance with Limited Site Assessment Work Plan (Septic <br /> Tank Area)to collect and analyze soil samples from beneath the septic tank, distribution box, each <br /> 20 feet of leach line and the end of each leach line of the on-site, residential septic system. On <br /> 22 May 2003, an AGE representative was on site to locate the sampling points requested by <br /> SJCEHD.A representative of the client utilized a backhoe excavator,to locate and uncover the septic <br /> tank and distribution box.The leach lines were traced to their termination points;during the process <br /> the majority of each leach line was uncovered.The specific design of the septic system and locations <br /> of the sampling points are indicated on the site plan(Figure 2). <br /> On 01 August 2003 a Well Boring Permit Application was submitted to SJCEHD; the application <br /> was approved on 12 August 2003. <br /> 837 Shaw Road,Stockton,California 95215 <br /> Telephone(209)467-1006 FAX(209)467-1118 <br />
