The tank that was remove was <br /> installed by one of the owtenants and had not been used in years <br /> The current tenant is Modesto Dr e C mpany. On February 17, 1989, o <br /> 500 gallon regular gasoline tank was removed from the porperty, this tank <br /> is marked "#353" on the enclosed plot plan. The soil sample results were <br /> all "ND". Please see enclosed sample results #85-052-6153, dated March 8, <br /> 1989. <br /> 3. A. Ground water Depth: The ground water depth in that area is 20' to 25' . <br /> B. Soil Removed The soil removed was returned to the hole, as no <br /> petroleum smell or discoloration was noted upon tank removal . <br /> C. Excavation History: On November 9, 1988, Jim Thorpe Oil , Inc. removed one <br /> 2,000 gallon underground regular gasoline fuel tank. Two soil samples were <br /> taken, one from the east end of the excavation and one from the west end. <br /> Please see enclosed soil sample results #85-052-5551 , dated November 22, 1988. <br /> The sample from the east end showed "ND" for all petroleum constituants. <br /> ( P►K TV However, the sample from the west end showed 77. mg/kg for Total Extractable <br /> Petroleum Hydrocarbons and "ND" on all other petroleum constituants. <br /> 4. Laboratory that will collect soil samples: Canonie Environmental , Stockton, CA <br /> (209) 983-1340, by brass tube. A signed "Release of Information- Authorization" <br /> is attached. <br />
