Soil <br /> samples were collected at this time to confirm the occurrence of a release and were submitted to a <br /> state certified laboratory for:,analysis. Soil analytical results which confirmed the occurrence of a <br /> release were availableon October 2, 1995.Copies of these analytical results were transmitted <br /> within twenty four hours-by to Robert McClellon on October 3, 1995. <br /> Investigation of the:release began with field inspections during UST removal activities on <br /> September 27, 1995.Irnmed ate measures to stop the release were taken by removing all UST's <br /> and associated piping.No emergency conditions were present. <br /> 2652(c) On October'17, 1995,.an.Underground Storage Tank Unauthorized Release(Leak) <br /> Contamination-Site Report(attached)was submitted to San Joaquin County.Public Health Services. - <br /> In addition to the informationprovided on that report,the following are presented to satisfy all <br /> requirements of this-subsection: <br /> (1) see attached unauthorized release report <br /> .(2) see attached report and attached analytical reports describing soil sample results and <br /> contaminant concentrations. <br /> .(3) see attached unauthorizedrelease report <br />
