T
2224 Manthey Road
Although EHD has concerns that the monitoring wells are too far apart to provide needed
information while performing the two proposed eight-hour pumping tests, EHD approves the
performance for these groundwater extraction tests. You may consider installing observation
wells near MW-1 and MW-2 to achieve the objectives presented in the work plan if initial
observations during the pumping test indicate the two wells are too far apart to properly
ascertain aquifer properties. Also, EHD directs that the groundwater samples collected
during the pumping test be analyzed for the analytes listed above.
Submit encroachment permits, access agreements, and boring permit applications and
permit/inspection fees of$374 per parcel to EHD by May 18, 2007. Notify EHD at least 72
hours prior to commencing the fieldwork.
