Submit a boring permit application and fee of $368 to San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department (EHD). <br /> 2. Notify EHD at least 72 hours prior to the proposed scheduled work date. <br /> 3. Submit a site-specific health and safety plan to EHD prior to commencement of the <br /> fieldwork. <br /> 4. Complete the fieldwork by May 30, 2006. <br /> S. Submit the report of findings to EHD within eight weeks of completing the fieldwork. <br /> This report must include boring logs and analytical results for soil and groundwater <br /> samples. <br /> 6. EHD recommends that representative soil samples be collected from each lithology <br /> for analyses for total organic carbon (TOC) and total soil oxygen demand (SOD) to <br /> have the data available should in situ oxidation remediation methods be considered to <br /> address sorbed or dissolved contaminants onsite. <br /> DATED: March 20, 2006 BY: 6 <br /> Victoria L.
